Define a Virtual Network in Windows Azure

Access to Windows Azure Management Portal https://manage.windowsazure.com/

Select Networks on navigation pane.

+NEW and select Networks –> Virtual Network –> Quick Create:

Fill the data and click on CREATE A VIRTUAL NETWORK:
